Clover Trails Subdivision and The Villa’s at Clover Trails are located South of Downtown Goshen in the Waterford Mills area, just north of CR 40 and lead all the other Elkhart County Subdivisions in home sales with a whopping 16 homes sold from January 1st to December 31st of 2009! Clover Trails Subdivision and The Villa’s at Clover Trails are comprised of both Ranch and Two Story Homes, and of course, Villa’s. Four of these 16 homes sold were Short Sales, the closed homes sale prices fell between  $109,900 to $165,000 and took 27 t0 433 days of marketing time.

Short Sales  are defined as any home that cannot be sold for the amount owed to the Mortgage Lender, whether due to local market conditions or they are in pre-foreclosure.

All of Elkhart Township children that attend public schools are educated by Goshen Community Schools.
