Are you tired of waiting out the Real Estate Market to get your home at a great price? I hold the homes open for inspection for two days each, Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 5 pm and during this time you can make an offer on the home. Any amount you choose. At the end of the open house you will have one more chance to change your offer and then the Home Owner will review the offers and ( I can assure you they will select the highest and best offer) they will go under contract.

But wait, you don’t think it can be this easy? Most Home Owners have an undisclosed reserve that they may or may not go under, it’s true, however, last week’s sale chose to accept an offer more than $15,000 below their reserve. So it really does happen…
